Doug's Optical Inc

Love and appreciate the personal service! I moved to Fargo in 1978, I have been getting my glasses here pretty much since. I did try a big box place once, service was not what I expected, I felt rushed and not heard, no patience, and felt like they didn't like their job. The variety in glasses/styles are always fresh and up to date. I also appreciate when I call, I actually get a person to speak with. Doug and Doris provide the best in quality and service, and are always there for you even after your purchase! Would give 10 stars if I could!

Stopped in while I was visiting Fargo because I broke the ear piece of my glasses. Very friendly, kind, and helpful. Took my glasses to the back and replaced the ear piece in less then 10 minutes. He didn't even charge for the repair or parts. While in there I perused around the glasses and they had some great frames! If I was in town longer I would have just ordered new ones from here. Thank you!

Two really nice, and very helpful ladies I met who work there were able to fix my pair of glasses that had a broken spring hinge. She not only fixed it but replaced both bows so they would match. And I didn’t even originally buy the glasses from there. Thanks so much!!

The customer service here is the best I’ve ever received. They care about their customers! Had a hiccup with Sanford optical center and Doug took care of me right away and made sure I had a temporary pair of glasses to wear while I waited for my new ones! Highly recommend

This lady was awesome! So nice, was able to get me a new pair of frames when mine broke during a seizure soon after I bought them. Super nice and really fast and finding some too! Love this place after one visit.
