I cannot recommend Dr. Collins highly enough! All staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly efficient, making check-in quick and stress-free. Dr. Collins was outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He took the time to explain every part of the appointment in a way that was easy to understand, never rushing and always making sure I felt comfortable. It’s rare to find a provider who combines such expertise with true attentiveness. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who goes above and beyond, this is the place to go.

I really enjoy my eye doctor. But I am very frustrated with the ladies at the front desk, I believe her name is Pam? Anyways. She has been extremely disrespectful every time that I have come in, it has gotten to be extremely uncomfortable to be there. Everything she says comes off as a snarky remark. She makes comments that make me feel unwanted there and disrespected. I don’t want to have to switch to a different provider just because I dread seeing her there when I have an appointment.

I am very frustrated with the care I have received regarding my contact orders, since Nov. by the people in the front. I love the eye doctor , zero complaints with that part, but the issues I have encountered with the desk/phone ladies makes me not want to even give them another chance and take my business elsewhere. I ordered a FULL year supply of contacts over the phone, 12/26, specifically because the lady on the other end of the line said what my total out of pocket would be,and it was justifiable for me to have them until my exam in 2027. She also suggested the contacts be shipped to the store because it’s a big box. I go to pick them up and it’s only 4 boxes, equaling 6 months, not a year. In Nov i asked for my trial contacts to be sent to my house. I waited weeks, finally called for any update, and the lady on the other end of the phone said “oh, they are here in a drawer”.

I had such a great experience at Eyecare Associates. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel very comfortable. It was a calm, professional and friendly environment. Dr Nathan Collin’s was excellent - thorough, clear, and very reassuring throughout the entire exam.

Loved the experience. They were very adaptive to my limited schedule. When I got there, greeted by multiple people and little to no wait time. Very friendly and informative staff! Was first assisted by an intern who was so eager to answer questions completely. When the Dr came in, I didn't think there was anything else he could provide, but he also provided even more detail to the questions I had. Sometimes the best feeling after leaving a medical type appointment, is simply the feeling of being informed. Thanks!
