This place will make you want to stay! From start to finish the welcoming at the door is amazing, everything was explained perfectly and left me with no questions, doctors have a true passion for helping others with their vision, taking their time and explaining everything! Helpful staff, when picking out my glasses, made the process quick and pointed me in the right direction on frames. No one will be disappointed with this office it is clean, professional, and put together well. Wish I found them sooner.

I scheduled my grandmother to be a new patient of Dr Douglas’ back when he took over the practice. We made her appointment for MAY and I was called a week before her appointment to reschedule because they were holding their open house that day. Weird, but, ok. We reschedule for AUGUST. Today I get a call that they are asking if I can move her appointment to 2 rather than 3. When I communicate that I cannot, they proceed to tell me that they will be cancelling my appointment and moving it to JANUARY?!?? Are you actually kidding me? First I get cancelled to hold a literal party and now cancel because I have to pick my children up from school before I can take my grandmother to her appointment?? I understand being a busy practice, but, making it impossible for your patients to be seen in a timely manner and routinely cancelling appointments that YOU MADE that no longer suit the “Dr’s schedule” is absurd. Get it together.

You would be hard pressed to find a more thorough eye care professional than Dr. Douglas. Plus he has a great sense of humor. The new office building is amazing. Staff is also very pleasant. Very pleased with his all around service. I would highly recommend this practice.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Douglas, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The staff was incredibly kind and informative, and they immediately put any concerns I had at ease. Dr. Douglas was thorough and never made me feel rushed. He took the time to explain what he was examining, how potential concerns are detected, and clearly outlined the next steps. In a time when patients can sometimes feel like just a “number,” Dr. Douglas and his staff truly make you feel cared for and valued. I highly recommend him and his wife to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable eye doctor.
