I saw Dr Lawrence today. My wait time was not too bad. Dr took his time checking my vision. I dont like the price of frames here but my eye exam was top notch. Will be returning in 2 yrs!
I called to make an appointment with Dr. Lawrence. The person that answered the phone was rude and nasty right from the beginning. She asked what kind of insurance I had. After a brief discussion she informed me that when I figured out specifically what type of insurance I had to call back because they do not schedule people without insurance and they do not take Medicare. Sad because I know that these are all excellent doctors. Why would they let someone like her answer the phone?
Reschedule my mom's appointment 3 times starting back in April of 2026 till so we going to a new place
I had an absolute wonderful experience today. I was greeted kindly by Melissa then was shown back within minutes where Miss Brittany took care of me and she was awesome. Personality was great yet very professional. She dialated my eyes, which is always weird but, must be done. I was then greeted by Dr. Kirsten Madick. I had a very nice visit, and def by far thee most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had in my 50yrs of life on this earth!!!! Just wanted to give a huge compliment to the ladies of Eye Care Associates that took care of me today!!! Kudos to you all on a job well done!!! God bless and see you in a year!!! ✌️❤️😁 opie
Made an appt on June 26, 2025.I Waited 4 weeks for my appointment on July 28, 2025. Last night the 27th, I received a text message that my appt was canceled by the office with no explaination.Said they'll be in touch to reschedule... also no one answered the phone any of the six times I called this morning. Very disappointed
