I have gone to Dr. Wilson for a few years. I have been pleased with my eye surgery and the results. Last year I got a new pair of glasses after my exam. They were a couple hundred dollars over my insurance limit but I really liked them. When they came in, they didn’t fit. They were adjusted and still didn’t fit. I had them adjusted 5 times with poor results. I asked if I could have different glasses and was told that I chose them. I just went in for my yearly exam and I told Dr. Wilson about the glasses. He didn’t offer to adjust them or change frames, nothing. I was very disappointed. So I just got my prescription and I am going to Vision Works. Three stars is a gift.

Have gone to Dr Wilson for several years. I feel very competent in his diagnosis. In fact, he just saved my life. I had one episode of my left eye blurring and he thoroughly checked me out and thought he knew exactly what was wrong. By referring me to the correct doctors (who all had a hand in this) we found out my left carotid artery was 90% blocked and I am recovering from successful surgery. I highly recommend Dr Wilson
Good experience with Dr. Wilson. He really educates his patients and provides good care! He’s a very reliable eye Dr. in this area! He doesn’t push patients to do anything they aren’t comfortable doing. He only performs surgery when necessary! Highly recommend him for your eye care needs!
Dr Wilson has performed above and beyond for my father and his cataract surgery. My 84 yo father has dementia and this makes his care a bit tricky. As a top notch eye surgeon his surgery went perfect and aftercare has been flawless. I could not recommend him more. He has been wonderful, explaining exactly what he was doing, what we needed to do and it went as planned. My fathers next surgery for his other eye will be next week and he is pleased with his results so far and eagerly awaits the end result of the other eye. Thank you Dr Wilson, thank you!
I was a regular patient of Dr. Wilson for almost 10 years. I moved to South Carolina 3 years ago, so am no longer Dr. Wilson's patient. I feel compelled to write a review to share my experience for being his patient. Dr. Wilson is the most low-key and gentle physician I've ever had (in my 60+ years of life). He is consistent, friendly, and capable. Dr. Wilson never let me feel rushed in our conversation during office visits. I enjoyed seeing his staff Kimberly and Teresa, as they remembered me and things about me, so I was not just a number as in other clinics. Most of my visits were on time, so no time-management issues for me what-so-ever. Dr. Wilson had very good diagnosis of my glaucoma syndrome, and did a successful surgery on my one eye when the need was there. I did not know how lucky I had Dr. Wilson's care until I moved to Charleston 3 years ago. I would come back to his care in a heartbeat, if I move back to (anywhere) in Indiana! Minor nitpicking, I do wish they play some elevator music and jazz up the room decorations to improve the patient visit experience though :-)
