Their billing office deliberately overcharges and tries to circumvent insurance coverage. The actual doctors are great, but if you partner with horrible billing departments, then you're responsible for their behavior.

Absolutely useless. Got my prescription wrong. I have astigmatism and need prisms and when I call and spoke to Nicole for a re exam. She said she never put that down. I said that's why I am calling for a re exam. Useless.
Please, I beg of you never order your glasses through them. Got my appointment on the 25th of Febuary, its March 24th and still have not gotten them after they said it was gonna be "2 weeks at the most" Went back on saturday and they said gonna be here by sunday. Its tuesday, and they offer no tracking services.
I have been going to this office for years, but unfortunately I will have to find an office that treats their patients with dignity and respect. Dr. Dowd did not listen to my concerns about my contacts being uncomfortable, she actually told me they were supposed to be uncomfortable. I've now spent close to a thousand dollars on glasses and contacts that are not right and cause me extreme discomfort. I tried to bring up my concerns to the front desk because I didn't understand why I kept having to pay for contact fittings when I'm being given the wrong contacts and I have never dealt with a more unprofessional staff. One of the staff members raised her voice at me on the phone, saying "I'm not going to argue with you about this," instead of listening to what I was saying at all. I brought up how I've tried to leave voicemails and they are never responded to and she told me that they called me back and left a voicemail which absolutely did not happen. Do not waste your time and money here.
I was extremely happy with the eye appointment and the exam. Doctor Haskell is absolutely amazing , she is thoughtful , caring, kind, polite and very pleasant. It was my first visit and it won’t be my last . When I arrived at the entrance , I was very short of breath from my heart issue, to my surprise and extreme appreciation I was pleasantly greeted by an employee who immediately said, can I get you a glass of water. This employee, Kirstin , made my day, she is such a special lady who truly cares about others , she knows the true meaning of the words , kindness and being thoughtful . She is a asset to this business
