40 minute wait for an appointment i was on time for is absurd. of course i am frustrated given my circumstances, but to fabricate to my mother is also outrageous. a “business” with employees so out of touch is questionable in terms of quality of care and efficiency. quite literally no one else aside from a man who came after i did was awaiting to be seen.. not a single update when i am growing frustrated with the lack of respect for my time. all of the employees are way way WAYY old enough to have learned to properly CARE for its clients. i highly suggest turning elsewhere for your immediate needs.

dr atkinson is great but the older lady thats new and answers the phone is horrible .. just had an eye exam and picked up the glasses and i cant even wear them they are so bad... didnt ask who i was nothing !! Just said to bring them in ... didnt ask what the issues were .. my name nothing !!! Dont even wanna go back honestly !! what a waste of time and money !! ill go back when she is gone !!

Staff seem pretty friendly. Really outdated equipment and went for possible eye injury when Dr what had happen all I got is you have dry eyes my eye still bothers me even with eye drops so issue wasn't solved

I've been going to Dr. Atkinson since 2008. He's a great doctor, the receptionist & John are friendly. It's always clean in there. Their designer glasses fairly a good price. I got my Versace frames for about $400 & that's a great price.
