All the people I came in contact with were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They had a decent size of eye glasses to pick from. The Dr was really nice and didn't rush me on which one is better like most Dr's do. Waiting on my glasses to come back so I can't give any feedback on that aspect, yet. I would recommend the electric road office for the above reasons and it's the only one I've been to.
Went to Electric Rd location. I dont have vision insurance but they were able to bill my medical insurance for the exam (it wasn't for glasses). Everyone I dealt with was professional and pleasant and I plan to go back to get glasses.
I have used Kartesz for my eye care and eyeglass needs for about 5 years. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have always been very pleased with my eyeglasses.
Dr. Kartesz and his staff are very caring and also knowledgeable of their patients needs. I was very comfortable with the care they all gave to me. I would definitely recommend his office for eye care needs.
