Vistar Eye Center - Roanoke Oak Grove

Had some eye surgery in January which required more than 2 follow up visits. I live just over an hour away and would drive that distance anytime for the quality of care Vistar gave me. Excellent staff!!! All of them professional, friendly, and polite. Dr. Ramey did my surgery. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk with and spends whatever amount of time necessary to answer any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this group.

Roanoke is lucky to have Dr Ramey. He’s a phenomenal Ophthalmologist Oculoplastic Surgeon. I’ve had to have two different medical procedures with him. Dr Ramey is caring, professional and an excellent surgeon. I no longer have problems with my eyes. And, the nurses during the procedures were great as well. I also don’t want to leave out the scheduler who went out of her way to work with me. Actually, everyone there was great. Thanks

I was referred by another physician to Dr. Ramey and his team at Vista Eye Center. I was treated for the month of April. What can I say? I wish it was possible to show my initial photo compared to the discharge photo a month later. No exaggeration in saying the difference is between night and day. Dr. Ramey and his team are highly skilled professionals AND genuinely nice people.

Have to commend Ms. Katie Caldwell for her smart, efficient, courteous, and thoughtful help with some recent surgery and rescheduling due to Dr. Ramey having to cancel. She was absolutely dynamite and a living example of a true professional!

I had heard about Kathleen Gorman for years as being the best aesthetician in the Roanoke Valley for fraxel laser treatments. I am 67 years old and after a variety of different treatments from different providers, decided to give myself a Mother's Day gift of a fraxel laser treatment with Kathleen. From the consultation to the actual treatment yesterday, it was nothing but Amazing! I was worried that the procedure would be painful and it was not even as painful as other laser treatments I have had in the past. I look forward to seeing the results, but I can already tell that although an investment in time for the recovery, I believe it will give me the results that I have been looking for with other types of laser treatments in the past. I plan on making this a part of my ongoing skin care regime
