If I could give this Walmart location 0 ⭐️’s I would. I was walking around looking for an employee for the last 20 minutes this location was open I ran into 3 of them in that time span telling me all the electronics people have gone home for the night. Well I asked the 4th employee I ran into if I was able to get a gaming headset. The way I was treated I felt as if I was bothering them. I understand it’s closing time and they wanna go home however, I’m still a paying customer and I’m dropping $160 on an item. As I was checking out they rushed me through self checkout and pretty much ran me out of the store. I will not be returning to this Walmart terrible customer service.

I was in the Circle Pines Walmart tonight and saw an employee washing his feet in the restroom handwashing sink… touching the faucet, soap dispenser, and countertop throughout the process. I found this extremely unsanitary and was shocked to see an employee doing this in a sink customers use to wash their hands. Management should make sure employees have an appropriate private area for personal washing and that restroom sinks are kept sanitary.
I just had a disappointing experience returning a Walmart.com (store pick up) order at this location. The associates very slow, when I finally get to the register at customer service Liam and Ashley, the front-end manager, explained that because I paid through PayPal on Walmart’s website, the store’s system would not allow them to process my refund. Even though I had the return scan barcode. Instead, I was told I would have to contact Walmart Customer Service via 800# to receive my money back. My frustration is with the employees lack of empathy. empowerment and Walmarts “alleged”return process for online orders. If customers pay through PayPal on Walmart.com, there should either be a clear disclosure before purchase that in-store refunds may not be processed, or the store should have the ability to complete the refund without requiring customers to call customer service. It was only a small purchase, but the amount isn’t the point. The process is inconvenient, unnecessary, and creates extra work for customers. I hope Walmart reviews and improves this policy.
I recently suffered a heart attack last month. I have been ordering things and have them delivered. But there are days where I need to get out and get some fresh air and excersise. Your staff accommodated me with some of the heavy items. Truly appreciate the concern and help.
Very unfriendly supermarket. I came in early when a few employees were still stocking the shelves. One of them even sighed annoyingly when they saw me where I assume they needed to be. A lot of obscene language from some younger employees. I was also overcharged for one of my items (it didn't have a tag by no fault of mine), I told them the price but they didn't believe me and added 3 dollars extra. I don't think I'll go back any time soon. Edit: Ann at customer service desk fully resolved my issue. Thank you.
