Such a wonderful visit! The staff was professional and many thanks to the optometrist. Physician well informed and it felt like I received a 101 class regarding my eye vision and options for eye contacts. Awesome visit. Only downfall!!! I had a wonderful experience during my eye exam. She was patient, attentive, and very understanding throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and provided valuable information on how to care for my eyes moving forward. Doctor Jones took the time to carefully understand my previous prescription and made me feel very comfortable during the exam. I never felt rushed, and she gave me enough time to focus and arrive at the correct prescription. I truly appreciated her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail.
This was my first time at this location and I must say although the doctor and her assistants in the exam room were very nice, polite and professional the staff in the front were not. When I arrived there was a male and female sitting at the desk and no one greeted me or asked if I need assistance. They both sat there having a loud and personal conversation. After standing there with not assistance for about 3 minutes I asked them who do I speak to about my appointment and they decided to do their job and refer me to the back where I went to check in. The lack of professionalism in the front waiting area was so concerning and I hope that someone trains them on proper customer service etiquette. Besides the wait and the rudeness of the staff in the front my experience with Dr. Barri was great.
