Great experience with Dr. Bermel at his staff! The staff is attentive, kind, and caring. They took time with me to explain the various eye exams and the recommended exams since it was my first eye exam. The wait time was short. Dr. Bermel explained my results thoroughly, and he demonstrated understanding and patience when I mentioned some of my worries for my eyesight. A staff member also informed me of my benefits for glasses and frames, and recommended some products I could use to continue caring for my eyesight. I highly recommend this Optometry office.

Overall my first visit was very pleasant. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist, and the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Carlos was very thorough with my exam and made sure I understood all of the details of my tests. She was very nice and patient. I would have given 5 stars, but the testing space was not private enough.

I needed new safety glasses with my current prescription. Dr Rhoton was all about supportimg my needs and his staff was very pleasant to work with. They even found my insurance policy and that helped reduce the cost of these new glasses.

“I am giving them a 5 star review because they have really helped me to see better”. My 9 year old has been coming for 4 years now as she has needed a lot of care for her myopia and astigmatism, and both Dr. Carlos and Dr. Bermel have been very accommodating and caring to her needs. I started coming here for myself as well and have been very pleased. The whole staff is super caring and attentive.
