I have bad eyesight so I have been to numerous places throughout my years. I gave Dr Pham a chance. I’ve realized I keep resorting to my old glasses and not the last 3 “newer prescriptions” from Dr. Pham, bc I can simply see better out of the older ones from a different eye doctor. I remember the, “can u see 1 or 2 better” w Dr Pham and the lenses thru the exam is either faulty equipment….or user Dr Pham error bc I never saw “better”. Even throughout the exam itself. Like the equipment was faulty and nothing was better through the numerous lenses during exam. I then had to just pick to get it over with and ended up with pricey glasses I can’t see clear out of. And resort to my 4 to 5 year old glasses prior that are much sharper! I don’t get it. I blame it on faulty equipment at the office or user error. And BTW….whether it was a prescription from my old eye doctor or Dr Pham, both prescriptions I used at Warby Parker. So it has nothing to do with the lenses or manufacturing of the glasses bc all of the above were made at Warby. My glasses from 4 years ago from a different doctor using same lenses at same place Warby are sooooo much better than the scripts I sent Warby from Dr Pham, That why I concluded it has to be faulty equipment during exam with Dr Pham’s office.

The office was clean and well designed. Right when I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed. They were very professional and helpful. I was scheduled for an eye exam for contacts. Dr. Pham was very knowledgeable and the examination was very thorough. Overall, an amazing experience! I would highly recommend!

I would not recommend this optometry office next to LensCrafters in Gainesville Town Center. Be cautious — they try to upsell services, and when I simply asked for a copy of my prescription, they told me I had to come back in and pay $10 just to get it. That’s unreasonable, and you have a legal right to your prescription after an exam without extra charges. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else where they respect patients’ time and rights.

I’ve been an optician for 10 years & this is the first doctor I’ve met that literally prescribes anything incorrectly just so people can spend more. Terrible 👎👎👎👎👎 there’s better doctors out there.

I love this place! I go to the Manassas location and all of the staff is super helpful and sweet. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door and are quick to get you back. Always so kind on the phone as well and helping me reschedule when I couldn’t make it to an appointment on time. THANK YOU ELIZABETH! I've seen both Dr. Pham and Dr. Bae now and I am delighted to say that they are both WONDERFUL. They take the time to listen to your concerns, weigh your options, and are always willing to see you for a follow-up if necessary. It’s been 5 years since my last eye exam and I have to say that they have been so patient and helpful as I’ve had to navigate some pretty large changes in my vision which caused some issues finding suitable contact lenses at first, but they gave me different samples to try until I found the right fit. They never seemed bothered by me or rushing to get me out the door. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. They are truly THE BEST!!
