Dr Pugh with excellent, he was a second opinion and told me that I did not necessarily have to have cataract surgery until I was ready. He would follow up with me yearly until we figured out when I need to actually have surgery. This is a complete opposite of what the other doctor had told me he’s been trying to get me to have cataract surgery for at least three years now. So glad I decided to get a second opinion.
I had problems with my insurance ,which caused problems getting seen. I had returned a second time in the same day. The end of the day caused longer wait times. I'm not complaining just trying to explain. I love this office . All the people are very friendly and do care. They tried to help me with my insurance.
Staff is amazing, and wait time was very short. My son is undiagnosed autistic, and everyone there was so patient with him and so understanding. He was uncomfortable with a few things, but they took their time to make sure he knew he was safe. They also took their time to help me with my insurance issues. I will be taking my kids there from now on. I honestly couldn't have had a better first experience!
Dr was fantastic. Very kind, listened to everything I had to say, explained everything in detail. The wait was a little longer than I would have liked but the dr immediately apologized for the wait when he came in.
The staff were especially kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable in preparing for eye tests and exams. The doctor had many recommendations that were helpful in caring for my eyes.
