Dr. Hilton came highly recommended by trustworthy friends and deservedly so. I've worn glasses for nearly sixty years and this was by far my best experience at an eye exam. Thorough. Excellent communication. And front office staff were extremely proficient, as well. I've been well served by big-box optometrists for years but as I get older and have more concerns and issues, I needed something better. Dr. Helton is better. Vastly better.

Dr Helton was extremely thorough in my eye exam and spent a lot of time discussing options for a procedure. The staff were all friendly and engaging. I would highly recommend this practice.

My office visit was amazing. I was greeted quickly and helped within just a few minutes despite many people in the lobby. Everyone was friendly and kind. Dr. Helton did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. She explained my eye health to me and talked to me about trying out some new to me bifocal lenses. The team in the lobby helped me pick out new glasses quickly and easily. I haven't gotten my glasses yet as my visit was just yesterday, but I am excited to report back!

This was my first appointment & I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Helton is very personable & very thorough with the exam. Everyone in the office was helpful & friendly. I definitely made the right choice in choosing Dr. Helton. I will certainly recommend them.

Very friendly staff and Doctor! The location downtown Madison is in a great location too. I am very happy with my new eye care provider, and recommend Helton Eye Care to anyone thinking about getting glasses or contacts for the first time, or for anyone just looking to make a change to a family shop, with thoughtful caring people!
