Their customer service is excellent. Front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Their facility is always clean and neat. Their front desk staff really make your experience because they are so kind and easy to talk to. They always assist you in a timely manner, even while multitasking and taking phone calls. I've been coming here for years and even after moving across town, I have not wanted to find a new optometry clinic because my experience here has been wonderful.

I really enjoyed this place. The people there were incredible. The service itself did take a long time, but they were busy. However, the staff was super nice. They helped me find the glasses I wanted while also helping other customers. They had smiles on their faces and just overall were kind even when they had to stay late to help me. The doctor herself made me feel seen and made me feel like she actually wanted to help me with my eye issues.

As a walk-in patient I had a very quick and pleasant experience with the staff at this office. I got my yearly eye exam and selected a new pair of glasses. I was greeted when I came in. The wait was short to get in the process for the eye exam. The technician performing the preliminary procedures was very courteous and pleasant. The doctor was pleasant and patient with me with the machine and eye charts. Finally the front office staff was also very polite and made sure I understood what insurance covered and what I had to pay. I received all the paperwork covering the exam, glasses and charges. Overall a great experience.

We were here on a Friday morning for a visión exam. Samantha helped us at check in and gave us pricing for lenses and exam. We had the exam done and we were very thankful for Dr Bridget really goes above and beyond going the extra mile trying to help communicate in Spanish. That is no easy task and she probably did not have to either and yet she tries. She did a great job explaining everything, we much appreciated her time and great job. Itzel outside in the front desk is amazing she jumped in and started offering us options according to our needs and situation. She was so friendly and personable. Great sales woman she deserves a raise she is amazing! Thanks Itzel keep up the great work. Great affordable prices 5 stars

Best experience i have I've had. The staff was helpful kind n polite. I give them props n helping me with my insurance n meeting my needs. I would recommend them.to anybody n tulsa to go to. Thanks ladies n gentlemen. Job well done
