I’ve been with Eastland for over a decade, and my experience has always been nothing short of heartwarming. Dr. Scavezze has a way of knowing exactly what I’m going to ask before I even ask it! 😊 I especially enjoy my visits with the eyeglasses office on the other side. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the care and service I receive every time. I highly recommend Eastland! ❤️

Reasonable prices, eye drs and front check in girls are so nice and helpful except for the Check Out girl. I am seriously in disbelief I was going to pick up my contacts and I called to see if they could of been run out to me because I do have a kid with special needs and the girl proceeded to say "it depends if we have patients or not" I explained to her that I was thinking it was a fast in and out thing I didn't have my kids stroller with me and I didn't wanted to leave him in the car she proceeded to say "well it doesn't take long to pick up the contacts either". I go in there was no one in the lobby the other girl was so sweet and nice she literally said "well could of taken them out to you" I told her I called but whoever I spoke too said "no" she apologized and said I'm sorry call again a second time next Time. having a kid with special needs is not easy and sometimes I wished things were a little more accessible but unfortunately they are not.

Can’t give more stars above 5. These people are AWSOME. Me, wife, son, and daughter get glasses here. I unfortunately broke my last 3 pairs ( thankfully is was covered under warranty.). Always super nice and helpful

Have been going to Eastland for several years. Everyone is professional and friendly!!! Would recommend them for great eyecare!!

I’ve been going there for years. I liked the old doctor. This time I got the new doctor. He seemed annoyed by his job. Then he got my prescription wrong. I called the next day and asked if I could see the old doctor. They told me he doesn’t take new patients. I’ve been a patient for at least 5 years. That’s 3 strikes. I’m going to go somewhere else next time. Too bad. They used to be really good.
