I have been seeing Dr. C. for about 8 years, and one thing that has never changed is the exceptional level of care she provides. From the moment you walk into the office, she makes you feel like you're the only patient there. She is personable, funny, authentic, and genuinely interested in her patients. During every visit, Dr. C. takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. She carefully reviews every detail of my eye exam results and makes thoughtful recommendations based on what she finds. Her attention to detail and thoroughness are truly impressive, and I always leave feeling informed and confident about my eye health. The warm atmosphere extends beyond Dr. C. herself. Her husband is just as kind and welcoming. My recent visit, her husband offered me some of what I like to call "designer candy" from a big bowl he had made. It was such a thoughtful touch and speaks to the friendly, family-like environment they have created. I also have to mention Brian, the optician. He's incredibly kind, calm, patient, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to help you find frames that not only match the look you're trying to achieve but also fit properly and work best for your vision needs. He is thorough, professional, and genuinely cares about helping patients make the right choice. Every visit with Dr. C. and her team ( the receptionist, office manager and her technician) is a positive experience. After 8 years, I can honestly say the quality of care, kindness, and professionalism have remained consistently outstanding. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough!
