Highly recommend! They were so sweet and professional and skilled. I’ve been burned before a different past optometrist office who tried scamming me into paying for a years worth of contact lens. But this was not the case here at all! They made me feel so welcome and safe. They explained everything thoroughly and were so patient. They walked me through the prices ahead of time and made sure I wouldn’t see any unexpected charges. Super caring and professional

I highly recommend Dr. Carolyn Wong Optometrist for all your eye needs! The amazing quick and efficient service started right at the front desk where I was greeted warmingly as I entered as a new patient. EJ made the pre screening comfortable, easy, and gave clear directions. Gaby was super friendly and helped me select the best frames that best fit me. Dr. Liang did an amazing job with the entire eye test process. I felt super comfortable and was able to walk out confidently.

I have been seeing Dr. Wong for over three decades. She is the best Optometrist I know. She is incredibly thorough and personable. Usually, her prescriptions are spot on, but when I've had a occasional problem, she does everything possible to take care of it. Her patience is epic. I cannot recommend her and her staff enough.

Dr. Liang was great to see. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made the whole eye exam feel easy and comfortable. I never felt rushed and she took the time to answer all my questions. The staff was also friendly and the visit was smooth from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and personable optometrist!

Was able to get appointment in timely fashion. Small parking lot but plenty of free neighborhood parking. Was impressed by knowledgeable and efficient employees who took some exams before I saw Dr. Since I picked Dr Wongs name randomly from an insurance list, I felt very grateful for the choice I made. I was in good hands.
