The desk staff and doctors were very kind. I'm an extremely anxious eye patient and have a very hard time with the "which is better" questions and the opthalmologist was so patient with me and reassuring. Would recommend to anyone who is an anxious patient!
Arrived for my appointment for them to cancel on me, after confirming my arrival time just 20 minutes beforehand. Too many good eye doctors in the area to waste your time here.
My mother went here and was clear she had double vision and needed prisms in her lenses, as she has for years. They made the glasses without them, after a 2 week wait. She was not pleased with the four week wait for an appointment and additional weeks for additional testing, to which she didn't know why.
Just moved into the area. I was using VisionWorks, previously, but wanted to try a local Dr. Dr. Moore is thorough, personable and knowledgeable. His staff is both helpful and friendly. This will continue to be where I get my vision care. Update 11/2021: Over the course of two years things happen. There were times when I needed special help from my optometrist’s office at Long Valley. Boy, did they ever help me. They were right there to help me get into a new pair of contacts when my original contact lenses were discontinued. Very helpful! When the glasses I ordered didn’t fit right they were right there helping me with a replacement pair. I walked right in and didn’t even have an appointment. They were helpful and caring.
