I arrived as a walk-in to the Mansfield location and was immediately taken care of. Less than 30 minutes later, my glasses were ordered. I just received notification that my glasses are ready and it’s only been one week. Very pleased with the service and the cleanliness of the store.

Great experience. Staff friendly and professional. You can get your eyes examined here too. They do accept eye plans, call first. A Large range of frames available very and cost competitive. I'm happy with my new polarized eye wear. I find the brown tint better than the gray, greatly enhancing the landscape, cuts sunshine and bright lights. Eitherway polarized lens are amazing. I'll be back for a backup pair! 😎
Scheduled an eye exam for my 5 year old daughter. I input all of her information, including her birthday. 30 minutes before our appointment, I get a call stating the doctor cannot see us because they don’t offer exams for patients under the age of 8. I asked the receptionist why this policy isn’t listed on their website, why when I put my daughter’s birthday there wasn’t a flag stating they won’t see children her age, why numerous confirmations were sent from multiple sources when my daughter’s age precluded her from service. The answer I received was “I agree they could do better.” America’s best had no problem sending numerous texts and emails to confirm our appointment, however. So no not only are not getting the eye exam we scheduled weeks ago but now we need to find an ACTUAL pediatric eye doctor. Beyond frustrating. This lack of service is unacceptable.
This place should be renamed "America's Worst". The staffs attitude is so hostile that it feels they are being employed there against their will. If management can't hire people who possess basic customer service skills, they shouldn't be in business. Id have given a 0/5 if that was an option.
I called for an update on my order and was told the Glasses were held up in customs. After two weeks I called again only to be told the glasses are still waiting to be made with no idea on delivery date. They did provide me with a full refund. Unfortunately I really need the glasses and this delayed me significantly. Update: 4/11/26 the company went out of their way to make this right for me. I will try their service again.
