Most wonderful careing yet professionl was the ct scan tech and the bone density tech . They made sure i was safe,positioned and when done assisted in helping me get off scanning table. Raheem was so patient ,explained procedure. No matter how busy he was he was patient ,and he just understood questioned needed answers. Very pleasant environment. The manager should be proud to have techs like ct tech and bone density tech care the way they do. To make sure the client is just ok when done .

I was satisfied very much with professional services I received during my visit office of ImageCare in Hackettstown NJ especially with medical staff which provided test of my neck. I never before got such an extended X-ray screening. Unfortunately I didn’t give highest marks because of unfortunate incident when occurred just after I finished my test. The office of registration located very close to the exit door from the major medical service and some unruly healthy man, I believe from some authority outside of this office, running in hurry from office, very rude pushed me hurting my neck and after my protest he just drop ironically ‘sorry’, not realizing that he made very uncomfortable 87 years patient of medical services which otherwise deserved highest marks. Derek was wonderful to get me scheduled quickly. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly. I like that there was someone standing there to greet me when I walked in the back for my ultrasound and she was there when I reentered the waiting room. Highly recommend this office.

The staff is friendly and efficient. They always clearly explain what they're about to do and roughly how long it will take assuming I don't move during the tests. They try to keep me as comfortable as possible and check in to ask if I'm doing ok when I'm in the machines. I've never had a problem getting any of my images taken at this location. Thank you for working your magic to help my doctors decide how best to proceed! ❤️
