I've had experiences with competitors both before and after AB. I am now back to AB and the difference is night and day. America's Best is far and away more professional in every aspect. The exam by Hasan Salam, OD was one of the best I have had; he spent time asking and answering questions and was extremely thorough. Choosing glasses was a dream compared with my last "discount" provider and AB was ultimately cheaper with more knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will certainly be back.

I used to love this place. Really poor communication recently with an employee and the manager. I was told I would have to pay for an eye exam before being able to buy and use the savers club appointments. The manager said that wasn't true, yet said that was exactly what the incorrect staff had said. Dont gaslight cutomers. The staff member repeatedly said that when i asked in various ways. The manager gave quite the attitude saying no matter what you would pay 129. Yes, im aware the savers plan costs money, never asked or expected it to be free. Will be going to Parsippany AB from now on.

Dr.Salam was very knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to educate me which I appreciated. The cost of the exam was also cheaper than anywhere I’ve looked. I highly recommend this company!

Great service, made a same-day appointment for a contact lens exam, and the whole process was quick and easy. Dr. Salam is excellent and informative. I’ve been to a handful of different America’s Best locations and this one has been the best experience by far.
