I stopped in here after a pair of my glasses broke and I was helped by a young gentleman named Orlandus. He was incredibly helpful and fixed my glasses so that I could continue my drive home on a foggy evening. Serious lifesaver and very personable! This guy deserves a raise!

The staff is exceptional. Shout out to Ian! Thank you for fixing my glasses. They have earned my business while he is there!
I have gone to this Walmart on Allen for a few yrs and the Doctor is excellent! He takes his time and is friendly to my boys, he was glad to work with my son and adjust his script so it was comfortable and not to go full strength off the bat. I think he takes pride in what he does. We moved and went to Ep but quickly decided to come back here! The waits are short unless you come on the weekends it takes awhile and the staff is hit and miss some exceptionally friendly and some not so much but we love this Doctor
I go there because of the excellent doctor they have there. He always takes his time with you and really assesses your needs so you get exactly what you need for your lifestyle and work situation. I saw him for the first time several years ago because I had a gray spot in my vision. He showed great concern and sent me to a specialist "just in case" he even called and made the appt with the specialist. It turned out I had the beginning of a retinal tear and we caught it early. He is wonderful. I won't go to anyone else
I usually always go to WalMart vision for my vision needs, however, I am extremely turned off from them by the way the manager acted today while I was in the store. She was rude to multiple customers and the staff.. She went as far as yelling at a staff member from across the store, all while that staff member was with a customer! I was in the store to see if I could exchange the frame I got back in december for a new frame. The style just didn’t work for me and I did not like they way they sat on my face. The associate that helped me was wonderful, I was passed my warranty by a few days and she wanted to see if the manager would let me go ahead and exchange them anyway. Keep in mind I wore the frames, maybe a total of 5 minutes. I should of know that the rude manager would know nothing of customer service. She said absolutely not and I would have to by the new frame I was wanting .So now I have a pair of $200 Nixon lenses in a frame that I won’t ever wear. Yes, I should of come in sooner but life happens. I work in customer service and treating your clients like that is not the way to go.
