Bard Optical

I came with my mom for her eye appointment, and we had an outstanding experience. Jane, who performed all of the eye tests, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, professional, and made my mom feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and treated us with genuine care and respect. Employees like Jane make all the difference. Thank you for providing such exceptional service—we truly appreciate it! Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience at this office. Everyone, especially the doctor were friendly, helpful and very professional. Went to the Metro Center office for years but got tired of the poor service and rudeness. This visit was a refreshing change and I can't thank the employees enough!

I tried bard optical on Knoxville when I moved to Peoria last year. I had problems getting in touch with them as their portal is clunky and they never answer phones or return voicemails. Today, I had an appointment in the late afternoon and checked the portal the night before to make sure i had the right time. When I arrived at the time the portal said, they said I was 20 minutes late and the physician refused to see me. Spend your health care dollars somewhere they answer phones, have a functional easy to use patient portal and care enough about their patients to take care of them when they get there, not Bard optical.

The lady who was standing at the front desk was unbelievably rude and needs to work on her customer service. I wish that whoever I spoke to on the phone before I came in knew what they were talking about as well and didn’t say one thing over the phone and then I get told a completely different thing when I get there. It was a complete waste of my time and I will never be coming back to this bard optical. The way that lady spoke to me was uncalled for , disrespectful and rude. Reprimand your staff not me for what I was informed by your staff. Be nice to people you never know what someone is going through.
