I recently tried out LensCrafters in Peoria for the first time after getting new insurance, and I’m so glad I did! This location was definitely hoppin, it’s clearly a popular place to get glasses. They had a huge selection of styles, and I fell in love with so many of the options. I really appreciated the variety and choices available. The doctor who did my exam was very friendly and welcoming. I had been going to the same eye doctor for years, so it was actually refreshing to have a change of scenery. I was having a few vision issues, and he took the time to listen and suggest some new things to try. He even ordered a couple boxes of contact lenses for me to test out for free just to see how I liked them, which I thought was above and beyond. Michael was the assistant who helped get everything finalized, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made even more enjoyable. His customer service was excellent, and it was truly a pleasure working with him. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit to this LensCrafters location and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
