A young man who was leaving work, noticed my disabled sister and I needed assistance. He help us with putting our groceries in the car. He was tall, slim , with locks, and I believe he drove a black car. He was extremely nice and well mannered. ****UPDATE **** I did my Walmart pick-up this week and I received a free goodie bag. Thank you!

Great place for all your daily needs. The store is spacious, clean, and well-stocked with almost everything - groceries, clothes, electronics, and home essentials. It's really convenient to find everything in one place at good prices.
The Columbus Walmart Supercenter has been by far the worst Walmart experience I’ve ever had. This store is very poorly managed in every way. Hopefully corporate will remove the general manager and replace them with someone who cares about running a clean store and providing at least a minimum level of service, the current GM clearly does not care about customers, food safety, service, or maintaining the brand. I’m a fan of Walmart, shop often at home in Florida, and have never experienced what I have in the last few days. I placed an order for pickup, ran errands until it was finished and ready, and then went and checked in as parked. It took 20 minutes to bring my already packed order outside maybe fifty feet. The order was brought out a mix of loose in bins and randomly tossed in bags with frozen and cleaning products together, and when I got out of the car to open the back the person said just put the bins on the side of the car when I was done and left. When I went to cook dinner the next day I saw the pork roast I bought had been expired for a week, so not only was it on the rack for a week past expiration, it was picked and packed by an employee. The next day I went inside and looked at TVs, found one that was in stock with multiple boxes, and then ordered it online to be delivered. The order was then canceled due to being “out of stock,” so the person that got the order probably didn’t want the hassle or to deal with it so just canceled. It still shows in stock in the app. I understand that stores and people have bad days. The combination of everything at the Columbus Supercenter on Gateway adds up to only one conclusion: really poor management all the way down. Don’t waste your time at this Walmart, you’re likely to get rotten meat, have your order canceled when it’s in stock, or wait an absurdly long time even though it’s “ready for pickup.” I hope Walmart gets their act together and takes serious action to bring this location at least up to a minimum standard.
My shopping experience here is always excellent employees are always on the ball.
While waiting for my car to be serviced I walked around and did some shopping. I know they’re updating the store but some of the employees were blocking the isles completely. As you can see in the photos. I do like the way they’re updating everything and keeping the shelves stocked. Plus the bathroom was clean.
