I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rosello and his amazing staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and truly cared for. The office is professional, organized, and runs smoothly, yet the staff still takes the time to treat every patient with kindness and respect. Dr. Rosello is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants the best possible care for each person who walks through the door. The entire team goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. Whether it’s scheduling appointments, helping with insurance questions, or simply greeting you with a smile, their level of customer service is outstanding. I highly recommended!!

I just want to thank the doctor and staff for being so thorough, kind and patient with me because I hadn't had a visit since 5 years ago and my vision has gotten worse. I know my visit took longer than I expected and kept staff waiting for my completion. Yet everyone remained calm and kind and waited patiently to go home. Again I say thank you to the doctor and staff for taking your time to do all you did for me to help me to improve my vision and get me back on track for prolonged vision. You guys are AWESOME!!!!

I want to give a huge thank you to old town optique. They recently gave my 5 year old an exam and helped him with his first glasses. Those of us with kids know sometimes working with kids takes a special touch, and every person we interacted with here surely has it! They even without asking helped us figure out some things with our insurance since eye care is new to us and we didn't know we could get part of our visit covered. We had such a positive experience here; I would highly recommend it, especially if you're looking for a place for young children!

Everyone was kind and courteous. Dr. Rossello and his staff walked me through every step they performed and Dr. Rossello was very thorough in his findings and a plan of what would be done next to continue healthy eye care. I left feeling very comfortable being in their care.

So glad we were forced to find a new Optometrist due to our last one no longer accepting our insurance. Didn’t realize what a “thorough” eye exam should be until we came here! Dr Rossello and his team are extremely thorough and patient. We didn’t feel rushed or unheard. First time I’ve left with new glasses and felt my prescription was spot on. Excellent care! Thank you! :)
