Had my first eye exam in years. It was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind and the doctor was good (Dr. R I believe) and we talked about a few different options for lenses and contacts. When it came time to pick frames Ms. Aideliz was wonderful! She was very helpful in helping me pick out frames - even taking pictures of me with various frames on. :) I found a pair and she was a doll with the whole process. Highly recommend.

My first time here and what a wonderful experience! They have a nice selection of glasses, updated technology unlike my last eye Dr, and the facility is clean and well lit. I can appreciate that the check in form lists specific blood disorder found largely in the demographic that they serve (Sickle Cell Anemia and trait) and that doctor provided education throughout the process. Staff member Quanisha was kind, personable, professional, and great to shop around for glasses with. I found the perfect pair with Quanesha's help!

I had a great experience at Wisconsin Vision! Sharisha, the manager, was very attentive and thorough, and the entire staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Customer service truly matters to me, and this team exceeded my expectations. That kind of experience keeps me coming back. I will definitely continue to patronize this location and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and professionalism.

The folks at Wisconsin Vision Glendale were wonderful to my special needs brother. They were patient, kind and extremely helpful. They even fixed my brother’s old broken glasses so he has glasses to wear while he’s waiting for his new glasses. Thank you to Risha, Ray and Dr. Ringle. Good day everybody! I came here to tell you I went to Wisconsin Vision at 5530 North Port Washington Road in Glendale Wisconsin a couple of days ago. I could not rest until I came to give a review! My experience was phenomenal from the time I walked in! The service was an unforgettable experience you guys it was great! They walked me through from choosing the best frames to talking about the best plans! My experience was so positive & enlightening to say the least! The frames I chose weren't overly priced. That alone was a game changer! Sharisha (the manager) & the team did their thing! They helped me pick the best pair of glasses I'd never imagined choosing on my own! I'm going to stand out in the crowd, while commanding the room! There's something for everybody right there! My brother also found a pair of rimless frames that gave him a distinguished look! If I were you I would make my way over there ASAP. Thank me later! 🥰
