Dr. Lauren Goldberg provided an exceptional experience during my eye exam. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, caring attitude, and willingness to answer all of my questions without rushing. She made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring from start to finish. In addition, the entire office staff provided amazing customer service. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout the visit, which made the overall experience even better. From check-in to checkout, the team created a positive and comfortable atmosphere that truly stood out. I would highly recommend Dr. Goldberg and the entire office to friends and family looking for outstanding eye care and exceptional customer service. Dr. Benson

My eye exam at the LensCrafters in York Galleria was beyond perfection! I have never experienced such a pleasant all around staff. Dr. Salter was incredible and explained everything so thoroughly. She was knowledgeable and so very kind. The store manager Betzi was so sweet and helpful as well! She got me all squared away and I cannot wait for my new glasses! I cannot say enough great things about them all. Highly recommend a visit here!

I had the most Wonderful experience at Lenscrafters in the York Galleria Mall on 4/3/2026. My appt. was made on the same day just a few hours earlier. From the time that I walked in to the time that I left, I felt valued and cared for. The front office staff and the doctor were very professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. At the end they made sure that I received the best deal. Thank You for The Excellent service and care!!!

Very polite and welcoming employees. They all were very helpful and answered my questions the best of their ability. Would recommend this eye care business out of many others. Will be sticking with this company, no matter the 45 min drive out there. Recommend 100%.

Got an amazing 60% off deal on these Ralph Lauren’s! My glasses were ready the same day and I could not be more pleased with my visit! Quiet office in the morning, friendly, helpful staff, quick work! Lots of fancy frames to try on too!
