Dr. Elm & Associates

I had an appointment today and wanted to get contacts I decided to do some looking around as the price seemed very high for what I was quoted I found them 300 dollars cheaper with America's best however I was never given my prescription after calling them back they tried to force me to go through a trial before getting my prescription. Finally after well over 2 hours of arguing they finally agreed to give me my prescription so I could get my contacts elsewhere. I will not be returning here as this was an unforgivable experience

I have been being supported by Dr. Langen and DR. Elm for many years now and this last visit prompted taking the time to express how very friendly / helpful these people are. I literally was in / out with an annual exam and choosing a pair of glasses and contact in less than a half hour-----very impressive---

I am a new patient with Dr. Elm & Associates, and I was absolutely impressed with the care I received! They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home! The doctor took his time to get to know me, was extremely personable, and listened to my vision concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Elm & Associates!

I had an excellent experience with the female doctor that is probably the same one mentioned in the previous review. About 6 months after my last exam I needed a rather complex form filled out for the FAA, she filled it out at no charge which I was grateful for. Recently I went in to change my contacts slightly and she was very accommodative and did not charge for a very brief exam to help be certain that the change would work to my expectations. I think she and the clinic have an excellent attitude and I was surprised to see the previous review.

My family and I have been been going to Dr. Elm for 6 years and never have had any issues. The assistants, receptionist and doctors have always been cheerful and accommodating. As long as they are around, we will continue to go see them.
