Dr George W Pegram III OD

I absolutely adore Dr. Pegram he’s been my doctor since I was a kid and I recently came back as an adult because other places just don’t feel as comfortable. He always explains everything so well and makes you feel cared for. Another plus is his team is always attentive and sweet.

Dr Pegram was fantastic, as were all of the staff! I went in with big concerns about my vision and pain. Dr Pegram was thorough, he really listened to me and took the time to examine and clearly explain everything to me without rushing. I felt heard, understood and relieved! I was certainly well taken care of by everybody in his practice! Thank you all so much.

this was my first visit with Dr. Pegram. It was wonderful. I will continue to go to him as long as I can. He took time with me and showed me different things and recommended different things and very conversational and empathetic, and his rates seem to be reasonable.. I certainly liked my experience and would recommend him to anyone

Where do I even begin? I had been struggling to secure an eye doctor appointment, as every office I contacted was booked a month or two out. After making a general post on Facebook, Jamie reached out and suggested I try this location—it had completely slipped my mind that she works in the optometry field. She shared the office information, and when I reached out, I was pleasantly greeted by Sheaneaqua, who was incredibly helpful and got me scheduled within the same week. This was my first visit to the office, and I immediately appreciated how conveniently located it is, right off the Jordan Bridge. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by both ladies at the front desk and checked in promptly. Shortly after, I was seen by Dr. Martin, who was fantastic—thorough, patient, and very clear in explaining everything while answering all of my questions. I also had the chance to stop and chat with Jamie during my visit, and as always, she’s an absolute gem. Fast forward—both my husband and son needed appointments, and they were scheduled within the same month! Jamie helped my son choose stylish frames that also stayed within our insurance budget. My husband was finally able to get the correct prescription for eye drops to assist with vision correction after being given the runaround by other offices. When my son accidentally broke his glasses just a couple of weeks later, I was able to stop in without an appointment right before the Christmas holiday, and Jamie had them fixed in under five minutes. Everyone in this office is extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely pleasant. I’m so grateful Jamie responded to that post—this office has gained customers for life!
