There was a girl with glasses working in the cafe area with blue jeans and a grey long sleeve T-shirt and white Nike sneakers was not nice, didn’t smile, rude, no customer service skills at all. She must be new. She would not give me a cup for water after I made a purchase of a hotdog. The guys that serves the food were a lot nicer.

One of the best Sam's Club locations around. Clean, well-stocked, great protein selection, friendly staff, and easy to get in and out. Always a great experience and excellent value. Highly recommend! 🛒⭐

First annoying thing the gas pumps dont accept cash. Debit CC or Sams credit card. I was ill prepared for I had pulled cash to make purchase. 2/ I paid 9.98 lb for the beef short ribs to get the last two layers to be fat & bones. Not acceptable. 3rd/ As I was checking out an associate stated if you apply for a master card you get $30 off your purchase. Suckered into the apply as I was checking out. A $7 bag of Cheetos I scanned twice because she asked did you scan these. I answered yeah twice feel free to check if its on the receipt since I was busy scanning the other products purchasing. Oh your fine she replied. I thought she meant it captured. So as Im going out the door the ignorance of the door checker. She already knew The Cheetos hadn't captured accused me of stealing and wanted to go item by item picked up other items these aren't paid for this isn't paid for apox 4 that were ringing paid. I stopped her. There on the receipt you can check im not waiting on you to redo my entire basket. I had purchased $274. Total. I said: lady you see my total. I dont Steal. It was your scan gun because I dont need to steal a $7 bag of Cheetos. Why are you stopping me. Because your stole these cheetos and im taking them back. Im upset in a hurry because Im needing to be somewhere else can not be late. I have a Sams credit Card so the lady assured me I would be upgraded. Don't believe the lie. I am so upset I went back to the manager showed her my receipt. Honstly not knowing the Cheetos hadn't scanned. It was cheese that was captured but not the Cheetos. I was disregarded disrespected accused of stealing. Thats the sadness & disrespect of being a new cx at Sams first time that location I thought Woodman associates were rude was hoping for a better experience. As a working senior under $75000 Im entitled to food assistance. Why was I treated so bad to be told as I was leaving if I wasn't at my Job. Thats a threat and the female manager was so snub as if I was actually stealing. How does this happen not blonde hair or Blue eyed but my money Green. Bad experiences at both locations

This store has such great staff. Their tire and battery center is amazing. Very nice helpful employees that know what they are doing and do it well! I have never had a bad expierence here. Well done! Keep up the great work!
