Dr. Territo is dependably pleasant and friendly. Her refractions are thorough and not rushed. I will be returning annually for care. Anna makes selecting glasses a personalized process. She indicates which frames will accommodate my prescription better than others. Love Eyes on the Diamond!
Very thorough exams. I went in yesterday to pick up new glasses. I mentioned to the optician my one eye had been bothering me since earlier in the week. It felt like it was scratched or there was something in my eye. She checked with the doctor and he was able to see me right away and he provided a thorough exam of my eye. He ended up putting me on antibiotic drops and medication for shingles because of my history of shingles in my other eye. I was impressed he took the time to see me and looked at previous records to know I had a history of shingles in my other eye. He couldn’t see evidence of shingles but put me on the medication as a precaution.
This is by far the best experience I've ever had with getting new glasses. The first person that helped me was maybe a tech? I tried to remember her name but I can't recall it. She was just above and beyond and I told her so. She explained what tests she was doing and I knew immediately I was in the best place. The doctor I saw was amazing, he definitely took his time, answered all of my questions, and explained things to me. The girl who fit my glasses was incredible. Patient, informative - without me even asking certain questions, amazing. The best part is my prescription is perfect. I've had transitional lenses before and they were never quite right. I've spent years putting my glasses on top of my head to read something up close. I don't have to do that anymore and it's going to be a tough habit to break. I recommend this place 100% and I will never go anywhere else. Thank you guys!
I was very pleased with everyone involved in my eye exam. I was treated as a person and not as another patient to be pushed through. The equipment is modern but the facility is welcoming. They also have a nice selection of frames! I highly recommend to my friends and family.
