My husband and I each purchased eyeglasses this past week and were very pleased with the service we received! Kathryn and Nick helped us and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We chatted like we were old friends. We will definitely be back! Thank you for great customer service!
The staff at the store were amazing! Helped me find a frame that fit my face well, and everyone took the time to greet me and assist me with my frame shopping. It was definitely a pleasant experience! I didn’t feel rushed into a decision, and felt supported through the whole appointment. 10/10 recommend.
I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Kathryn helped me when I was feeling very low regarding my glasses. She helped me find a pair, listened to my concerns. When that first pair didn't work out, the manager helped me. She explained everything. I picked up my new glasses within 4 days and am thrilled! I can see. No more double vision. If you want personal service, go to this store. Excellent service.
i just purchased a pair of glasses there this week, along with a second pair of sunglasses, and i found the whole experience to be as painless as possible (which is a big deal for me, because i would prefer not to have to things like that!). Nick Heverly was the person who assisted me, and he was so kind and patient with me, and all of my questions. he was conversational, yet professional, and put me at ease through the process. i did not feel pressured to buy anything i didn't want, and he explained everything, and was patient with my dumb questions. as far as buying glasses can be a positive experience, this was!
My daughter and I had the pleasure of working with Nick, Walmart Vision Center Manager, on a Sunday afternoon. Nick was great to work with. Pleasant, patient and professional, he went out of his way to accommodate us, searching through the database to find our insurance, and made sure we received all of our benefits. The whole process took 45 minutes and my daughter found a beautiful pair of glasses and I’m heading home.
