Horrible customer service. I scheduled an appointment for my husband and Dr.Chungs office wanted to collect co-pay before my husband even showed up for his appointment. As I explained to the receptionist we do not feel comfortable giving our credit card information over the phone. Her response with attitude was that “This information was already explained to your husband.” I asked if that could be paid at the time of service because I understand co-pays need to be collected before you see a provider. Which we have no problem doing in the office. She then proceeds to tell me we can go in the office before 5 on Friday. His appointment was scheduled for Saturday. I have never heard of such policies and if this is their policy it needs to be reiterated on the website and via text. What if my husband has an emergency and can not make it to the appointment what happens to that money? As for the receptionist I spoke to she was very rude possibly needs to be trained on customer service. Now I’m seeing the 1 star reviews. Wish we saw these before even wasting our time!
