Dr. Margain-Salazar and her staff were great. I was a walk in and they were able to accommodate me the same day. Staff was friendly and doctor was top notch. She was knowledgeable and took her time explaining all of my options. I will definitely be returning and recommending as well.

This office is serviced by incapable, ignorant, and lazy front desk staff! My husband has waited a month for contacts that should have been at the most a two week wait with no phone calls or texts about his order. He had no special circumstance to warrant such poor service since day one! The women kept giving him the run around with two separate trials for him only to be able to try one brand and end up getting the original brand he was already using because no one had ordered his trials. If it wasn’t for the women at visionworks he would have never even gotten the set of trials he got. Then when he finally got his contact order in, the women at this office ordered him the wrong brand still! Smh I would never recommend this office to anyone and this was our very first experience with this office. Such poor service and accountability! Do not visit this office for service! The visionworks office next door is great they always give good service with frames and adjustments, but the optical office is trash. I will definitely be voicing our experience anywhere I can.

The staff and Doctor were so friendly and attentive. The Doctor is very thorough and answers all your questions with compassion. You can easily make your appointment online which is so convenient because you can see in advance when and what times are available. I will definitely be going back.

Dr. Alessandra Margain- Salazar, O.D. was phenomenal in my exam yesterday. She took time to sit with me, talk about different concerns, and answer all my questions. In doing so, she discovered I have dry eyes, which could have been the main contributing factor to my vision problems lately. I had a previous exam in September with a different doctor and dry eye was never mentioned. After my exam with Dr. Salazar yesterday I got the artificial tears she recommended and my eyes are feeling much better.She is who I will see every year for my eye exam. The staff is friendly and professional. Their processes are organized and quick. I was called in at my appt time and the Dr was in to see me as soon as the assistant was done.

This appointment went quick. They were easy going and explained everything to me. I didn't feel rushed and they made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be bringing my family here.
