Staff here is extremely unprofessional and rude. We were ready to walk in and purchase some glasses but they were so disturbed we had arrived during their lunch. I get it they have to eat but I went during business hours and there was no “out to lunch” sign on the door. They made us feel unwanted both in words and face gestures. Definitely lost future clients.
Watch out for this slick optometrist she only examined one eye and kept me waiting in the exam room for 25 minutes. When I went to get extra contacts from another doctor and they informed me the prescription she wrote showed only one eye. Turns out she only examined the left eye, but charged me full price. She should have her licensed revoked. Stay away from this crooked OD.
I love Dr. Kuwabara, she's very professional and cares about her patients. Her staff is very nice and also professional. I wouldn't trade Dr. Kuwabara, Iris for no one else. Thank you,
