Went on the hunt to find an eye Dr for my kids and I. My wife started called our options for information/appointment and they answered the phone fairly quick, started taking our information, then asked if she could put the phone on hold. She was on hold for 34 minutes before they came back! Nope, cross this one off!

This is the first review I have completed. My family has been patient's of this office for almost two years. Each visit has been an issue. Approximately 3 months ago I called for an appointment and was told the earliest they could get me in was in September. I recieved two calls confirming my appointment and advised the office I would be there. I arrived at my scheduled time and had to call for 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone so I could check in. About 5 minutes later someone came to my car and advised I did not have an appointment and was not in the system. I provided my name and DOB again and she went to check. The OM came out to my car and advised i had no appointment. Long story short mh last name was wrong in thier system and they would not honor my appointment. I will not be going back. To many issues with the office, Rude staff and not very knowledgeable with patients.
