This office is spectacular! They are wonderful with children and adults. It's a very busy practice but, you never have to wait long. The eye doctors there are amazing! My son has one different than mine and my daughter also has a different eye DR. I love them all. They are thorough, fast and best of all, very kind. The techs are also amazing. So friendly and help with any questions or problems you might have. I'll always suggest Hyde Eyecare to anyone looking.

I just started coming to eye facility Because I’ve heard great things about the doctors. And I will say I am impressed with Tyler. But my biggest issue I am having is the wait time. I usually arrive 5 to 10 minutes before my appointment and I always do the pre-check-in before I arrive to my appointment. It seems that there is about a 15 minute wait time before I am called back then the past two visits I have had to wait 45 to 15 minutes before the doctor came in. . I know they’re occasionally our emergencies that pushback regular appointments, but I never get an apology due to the Excessive waiting or when I check in possibly it is mentioned that my wait time will be beyond a reasonable amount of time of waiting. I say anything within 30 minutes of my appointment time is reasonable. It is expected of us to arrive on time for our appointment. I am just asking to have the same respect and keep our Time when we are seen by the doctor closer to our actual appointment time. We also have other obligations that we don’t like to be late to so just asking if the courtesy can go both ways. I really like coming here, but if I feel that each time I come, my appointments will always be an hour plus and most of that time is waiting. I would need to try to find somewhere else that the wait time is less. I appreciate you requesting how my visit went and I don’t want to come over as a Kaaren… Just asking for the same courtesy.

Love Hyde Eye Care!! They take excellent care of you and have an amazing selection of glasses. Their customer service is second to none. They even let you come back in for readjustments as many times as it takes. Aspen helped me get my glasses adjusted to a perfect fit. She was so polite and actually listened to what I was saying. She worked on them until they were absolutely perfect and was very grateful to do it. Aspen is an asset to your company as she was so professional. I go here every year for my annual eye exam and it’s a smooth process. The front desk staff is courteous and helpful and Dr. Wadzinski is professional and takes the time to answer any questions I have. Always an excellent experience!
