Dr. Tat always very nice and precise in performing eye test, i've been coming here since 2019 and service is always with highest service. Flora and Kitty also very helpful and provide exceptional recommendation on glasses and frames. Thanks for your great service.
Above and beyond as they closed at 5pm and after telling them I worked until 430 the optometrist allowed me to come at 5pm! No one does that!! The exam was thoroughly completed in a timely manner!! This is my optometrist now 🙂. I dont usually leave reviews so take this as a sign to schedule.
Terribly unhelpful staff. I only wanted to know if they take VSP insurance and the price for a contact lens exam. Instead of answering, they gave excuses, told me to ask somewhere else, and made everything sound unnecessarily complicated. Simple questions, zero answers. Completely unprofessional. Avoid if you value your time.
Receptionist and front office staff not professional. No sense of customer service. They forget their commitments, and don’t return calls. There’s a new Eye doctor there who is good, so I have to give credit there. But the place could really use a new set of front office staff.
Had an eye issue. They squeezed me in at the last minute, looked up my insurance and the best part is the doctor did a comprehensive exam to make sure it was not serious.
