I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Jeff Long Family Eye Practice. I called at the last minute because I was dealing with an eye infection, and from the moment the receptionist answered the phone, I felt taken care of. She was incredibly helpful and was able to get me scheduled that same morning. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Anji was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and had such a warm, almost motherly way about her that immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. She took the time to listen, explain my treatment, and make sure I understood what I needed to do before coming back for my follow-up eye exam. And, of course, I appreciated that she even weighed in on which frames I should get! It’s not often you leave a medical appointment feeling genuinely cared for, but that was exactly my experience here. I’m very grateful I found this practice and would absolutely recommend Dr. Anji and the entire team to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Good overall experience! Dr. Gary Moore firstly introduced himself as Gary - relaxed and no self-importance. However, he was the only one of the staff who introduced themselves - unfortunately this is the norm for most medical practices. The testing seemed to be comprehensive with clear directions at every step. I felt comfortable with the competence of the staff. Expenses were clearly communicated in advance as were optional tests. I was a little surprised that the copy of my prescription was hand-written, not printed, but that's a minor issue. I would definitely recommend you to others.

I was told my son had a concerning vision test at school. So I made an appointment here with Dr. Long. It was my sons first time ever at the eye doctor, and my son can be quite squirrelly. But they made it so wonderful for him. He was treated so well, and they were super kind to him. He was very uncomfortable after having his eyes dilated, and they allowed him to pick something from a treasure box. Let him pick out his frames, and had his glasses ready the same day! Will definitely return for any needs in the future. 10 out of 10 Recommend!

This is my favorite place for eye exams! 😊 Jordyn is awesome! I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly (don't wait until everyone is trying to squeeze in back-to-school appointments or use up their end-of-the-year benefits 😅). And the doctor actually made my 16-year-old son laugh... you know that's a real accomplishment at this age! 😂 And I had fun trying on their numerous frames while waiting for my son

Stopped in to have my glasses adjusted after wearing them for the first week and they were incredibly helpful and listened to what I was saying was off and made the appropriate adjustments. So happy with their fit now! They have a contest going on for the best decorated pumpkin and let me tell you... they go ALL OUT! Incredible creativity and effort. Evidently they also do this for miniature Christmas trees too. Way to promote a fun work culture, well done! Highly recommend them!
