Have been getting my eye exams here for three years. The office is small, clean, and peaceful and staff is caring and competent. Dr Plaxico was efficient, but not in a rush, and thoroughly explained exam results and photos, and was happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice.

This is the first dr that actually took the time to contact me even though it was after hours, Sidnee ( I think that's how she spells it) was absolutely amazing and handles that office like a pro! Answering phones, answering questions, checking people in, doing the prescreening eye exam to get ready for the DR. She definitely knows her job and is outstanding in it! The Dr was very nice and explains things very well. I will definitely refer people to them and will be returning myself! Thank you for such a great experience! I came in for a quick exam before getting glasses and you were very kind. You didn’t rush through it and spent time explaining all your findings. You showed pictures and were very thorough. I hadn’t had a doctor take the time to explain things and not rush me out before. Congratulations on retirement!

One of the best exam/visits I’ve ever had. Went in for first eye exam in several years, the office staff and technician were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable. I was in and out. Also, Dr.Plaxico reviewed my eye exam results with me and I was so impressed. He was friendly, took his time, explained things well with my results and prescription lenses needed. Never been so impressed with a doctor / medical visit or exam before and I will gladly recommend him and his team to anybody. Even if you don’t need an exam, go there - you will leave educated about eye and vision health and will not be disappointed.

Called this location on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at around 3:00 in the afternoon to schedule an appointment for my son. No answer. Tried to call again later. No answer. Received a text message from a local number asking me to go online to schedule an appointment. I did that and filled out all necessary paperwork. We received multiple texts asking us to fill out more paperwork. Then my husband received a highly unprofessional call while at work inquiring about our insurance. He told her who we were insured with and she was snotty and skeptical; rather rude acting. She called him back at a later time to inform him that they do accept BCBS of OK, just not our BCBS of OK. I called their office (actually got an answer that time) in an attempt to clear things up and to take the burden off of my husband who does have to work for a living. The girl who answered the phone sounded about 12 years old and as if she had her mouth about 5 miles away from the receiver. She could not answer any of my questions and acted as if she had no idea how any of this works. Highly unprofessional and ignorant behavior. Would never recommend.
