Great place for pets needs. Great deals on my cat food and cat litter. Good prices for stocking up on groceries. Wonderful selection of spices, I've found some I've not tried before. Helpful staff. They do tend to need more cashiers.

Me and my mom came today for a curbside pick up, we understand it was a busy day but the fact we waited an hour and 20 minutes for our order!!! We literally had people get there after us getting there orders before us how in the world does that make sense? Someone stole our curbside number and parked in a normal spot AND STILL GOT THEIR ORDER BEFORE US WE STILL HAD A 35 MINUTE WAIT AFTER THAT. The staff was rude when we questioned why we were being ignored, nobody helped us, it was a completely unacceptable and avoidable experience.

Every single time I go in, there are maybe two people, usually just one, at the customer service desk. The phone rings nonstop and no one ever answers it. I was told by an employee in tire department that employees aren't supposed to answer the phone while waiting on customers smh. OK. So if they aren't allowed to answer the phone for other members who need help, then why in the hell don't you have someone who does nothing but answer calls? I mean, you get more than enough money from your members so there's really no excuse. Because no one answered, I had to call the 800 # and deal with a rep that barely spoke English and that was beyond frustrating. Bought a smart TV December 23, 2024 and it died yesterday April 5. 15 months is all it lasted. 3 months past warranty and they won't return it or give us a new one. DO NOT BUY TVS AT SAMS CLUB!!! THEYRE CHEAP FOR A REASON. Great job Sams! Dropping the ball over and over again. Treat your members better, do better.

It gets very busy at times and parking can be a nightmare. The location can also be difficult to leave at times being on a busy road. Having the gas station is nice especially during periods where gas prices are on the higher side. The organization of the store is efficient and well laid out. The food court has gone to online ordering only and that is annoying considering they have someone standing at the counter, but the hot dogs are well priced compared to Costco and they have a great taste. The exit arches and streamlined exit process is nice.
