Dr Jonathan Wise

Referred to this Dr through my PCP. While waiting for drops to take effect I over heard Dr and nurse conversing loudly in next room. I commented on their conversation when they returned and the Dr quickly started arguing with me about the subjected conversation which was inappropriate to speak in a place of business in a range where patients could over hear. His voice got very loud, short of screaming at me and showing how racist he is. Will not be returning to this practice.

Known this Dr. Over 40 years.Several members of our family had urgent eye issues at different timesand Dr. Wise saved our visions always..Excellent eye specialist and caring staff..we are blessed

This doctor has no compassion he is rude and said I would be a drug addict. How dare he. This is ridiculous w doctors. I wouldn't This doctor to anyone

My daughter received a referral to this practice from our PCP. She got an appointment for a week out, however when the doctor saw what she was coming in for he had the front desk staff call my daughter back and told her to come in immediately. Once we got there, the wait was a little long but considering it is a specialty and they were making an urgent accommodation for us, I can’t complain. Once he saw my daughter, he sent her straight to the ER and she ended up having an emergency procedure which saved her eyes. Dr. Wise looked at us and said don’t even go home for dinner, go straight to the emergency room. I am so thankful that he made us understand the urgency of the situation. Thank goodness, my daughter has her sight intact and we can breathe a sigh of relief after weeks of agony. #bestopthamology. Know your why and go see Dr. Wise. It may be the best decision you ever make.

I went to the office for a cataract and they did the exam. After that is when the service went downhill. I was told someone would reach out to me soon to schedule the surgery but three weeks and a phone call and no response. I spoke to the receptionist and she said they would call me by the end of the day and that was two weeks ago. Looks like I have to start all over at another doctor. So they eventually scheduled my surgery and everything went great. Having my eye worked on was a little scary for me but Dr Wise did a great job so I am upping my review. I now have 20/20 vision in that eye.
