3rd time in 2 years that one specific member of my family has to re schedule cause they cannot find her in my vision plan even when the vision has confirmed me that the individual is on my vivion plan insurance, Dr is good but the people woring the office are not train properly
I just want to say the amount of patience Dr Carrion has for kids is amazing! I myself got frustrated after trying to refract my own daughter. He was very detailed on getting as accurate as possible when checking the SPHERE, ASTIGMATISM AND AXIS OF THE prescription on each eye. Front desk girls Carolindas were so nice . Will recommend and come back
Highly recommend especially if you have children. He was very kind and patient. My 6yr old was very scared and the Dr made him feel at ease and comfortable. Office staff was great as well. He had the best experience.
Honestly the service is great. My eyeballs have never felt better. The doctor is a great guy and the receptionists are very caring. My contacts always get here on time and are cheap compared to other clinics. I definitely recommend for the whole family.
Both the staff in the glasses section and the actual eye doctor were very kind to me and my mom they helped us when we really needed it and gave us excellent deals when we absolutely needed it I'll always recommend these guys and gals and I'll go out of my way to give them business you guys rock
