I usually have great service here at this location however today, Saturday August 22, 2026, I was met with terrible attitude and a condescending tone when I stopped by to pick up my glasses. The sign-in sheet was filled up when I arrived. I flipped the page up to see if there was a new sign-in sheet in the back but there wasn’t any so I wrote my name on the bottom under the last line. This lady with black hair called me up and instead of greeting me she scolded me like a child for writing under the line. Not a “Hello” or even a smile, nothing. I mentioned that there wasn’t another sheet and she said to write my name in a new sheet pointing at the clipboard. I clarified again that there weren’t any and again she argued back to me saying there were plenty of sheets. I have common sense so obviously if there was another sign-in sheet, I would’ve signed there like I usually do every time I visit this store. I understand people can have bad days as I also work in customer service but her rude behavior was not fair to me at all just because of where I signed my name. I left the store feeling uncomfortable, upset, and disrespected. Again, all over where I signed my name. I did not deserve the condescending response from this lady.
