All staff here are great! Jen is personable, friendly and knowledgable with doing exam- she guides you along giving you time and help by explaining what to expect as you’re doing it! The gals in the frame department help you pick your frames with genuine honesty and expertise! Kari is passionate about helping you look the best and get the best fit with your glasses! Stephanie also stepped in to help and she is very good at her job also! After having poor experiences in past from other well-known eye places (AB!) this was definitely the best place to go! We definitely will be coming back here! Dr was good too- but these gals do all the work and make you feel comfortable!

Stress free friendly environment, easy to make a fast appointment, very professional and knowledgeable technician. My virtual doctor was also the same very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get my perception for glasses and contacts same day, ordered trial contacts and find out the price all in one day. I had no wait and every process was explained perfectly. I would highly recommend
