I love this location. The available hours are great and I never have to wait long to start my appointment. The optometrist asked great questions about what I use my glasses for the most and explained there are different types of progressives to suit my needs. Everyone is very nice and friendly at this location and the prices are reasonable.
Vision Works is the best Optometry place I've been to. I was able to get an appt right away. Doc. Richardson & staff are all very professional, kind & caring people. They work with you & explain everything very clearly. They have a great selection of frames. I will continue to go to them for all my eye needs.
I came in for an eye exam (literally haven’t gotten one since I was a child) and they took care of me right away! I have anxiety and the staff here were super understanding and helpful. The doctor Matthew Richardson is so easy going and made my experience amazing, I will definitely be coming here from now on.
I have went for my eye exams for years . I get the most professional help at very visit. Dr Michael takes the time to make sure to explain how my eye sight is so I can get glasses and contacts! They work every time !! Thank you
I don’t even want to give them a star at all… This was by far the worst vision experience I have ever had. So miss leading Dr was nice and did his job. But hidden fees that they don’t check in with you about was so wrong!! I checked in on all cost had a “low” co pay and went to check out costing me more than I agreed on! Pushed through like cattle…Would not recommend to anyone living on a budget. While trying to discuss fees, and was being hollered at from across the room to discuss glasses or contact… I didn’t want to go over anything at this point as I could not afford anymore out of pocket after that experience. And wasn’t sure if the contacts were a good fit… not pleased at all.
