Highly recommend. My insurance is not accepted at Walmart so I honestly have never stepped into the vision center. However, I broke a nose pad late Friday night and decided to make a visit to see if they could help with the repair. Sure enough, Kevin hooked me with no repair fee. First class service. After looking around , they have a fantastic selection and great pricing on their frames. I wish more local businesses offered vision insurance that Walmart accepted. The hospital is a joke as you can’t even look at frames without an appointment.

Very professional and takes time with your concerns. My son has autism and they are patient and kind from start to finish! Hailey is amazing with frame selection for glasses. I've recommended to friends & family. You won't be disappointed. 😊

My frequent returning to the Warren Pa Walmart Vision center is based solely on customer service. Chad has always been helpful and gracious, Hallie is welcoming and kind, and Kevin is never less than thorough and genuine. I generally dread going to office appointments, but this place always meets the needs and allows me to be comfortable and leave with a smile.

The staff was very friendly and doing their part to keep the vision center sanitized! Wiping down any glasses you try on before putting them back out. One of the associates even picked the pair I ended up ordering! Very affordable and the order was ready for pickup only four days later.

I went to to Vision Center on 10/15/21 to have minor adjustments made to a pair of new glasses that I didn’t buy at the Vision Center. April was my contact. She was very courteous and professional. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you April and Merry Christmas to all.
